Synopsis:

Having made a contract with the powerful Gajari to stop the plans of Sigma Fudō, Kouga Saezima honors his end of the deal by traveling to the Promised Land (約束の地 Yakusoku no Chi?) to retrieve a part of Gajari: the Fang of Sorrow (嘆きの牙 Nageki no Kiba?). When he gets there, stripped of his Makai Knight arsenal and attire, Kouga is joined on his journey by a mysterious blue-skinned girl named Meru, a gnome-like being known as Esaruto, and a master swordsman known as Kakashi who also is on the hunt for the fang.
